2. Use of the service

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account

4. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may be updated, changed, or interrupted at any time.

5. Data and responsibility

LogRhino stores and displays logs submitted by users.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of submitted logs
• Any decisions made based on those logs
• If your organisation enables photos on log submissions: ensuring use is lawful and appropriate (including obtaining any consent or notices required for your context), and for the content of images your users capture

Log images are stored under your organisation’s settings and retention rules, as described in our Privacy Policy.

LogRhino does not replace legal, safety, or regulatory requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LogRhino is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our total liability is limited

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These terms are breached
• The service is misused

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
